Your access to our products and services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us. The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any Delta Co Munitions third-party intellectual property, and all right, title and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Supply Munitions and its licensors.
In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”). If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:
Customer agrees that any credit card charges will be in the name of Delta Co Munitions or Bankful the 3rd party Merchant services.
Where the use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Products or Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your Delta Co Munitions account, you may simply discontinue using our Services. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Delta Co Munitions products are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Delta Co Munitions and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Delta Co Munitions, nor its suppliers and licensors, make any warranty that our Services or products will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services and products through our website or in-person at your own discretion and risk.
Delta Co Munitions reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective. In the event that I choose to file a complaint against Delta Co Munitions or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Wayne County, Michigan.
I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately terminated and moved to a court within Wayne County, Michigan, and I agree to reimburse Delta Co Munitions and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located within Wayne County, Michigan.
By purchasing you agree that you are at least 18 years of age if purchasing rifle ammunition and at least 21 years of age if purchasing handgun ammunition. Sales of rifle ammunition are strictly prohibited to anyone under the age of 18. Handgun ammunition sale is strictly prohibited to anyone under the age of 21. Delta Co Munitions reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, as well as prosecute for any violation of these rules by the purchaser or any other person unlawfully obtaining Delta Co Munition products, as well as utilizing these products for any unlawful use.
No refunds. All sales are as is, and final. Please make sure you want the product prior to hitting the purchase button. Delta Co Munitions reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover restocking and credit card fees incurred.
Always keep cartridges dry. Store in a cool and dry location. Delta Co Munitions cannot be held liable for improper storage or handling of ammunition after time of purchase.
In the event that any of the above statements are determined to be untrue, I agree to indemnify and defend Delta Co Munitions and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Delta co Munitions ships through UPS. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Delta co Munitions from all liability and responsibility thereafter. Delta Co Munitions will act in the best interest of our customers and file claims with the carrier as needed. In the event a claim is filed (at the request of the customer or by Delta Co Munitions), the claim process must be completed prior to action to make the customer whole for loss in the shipping process.
Law Enforcement ammunition, duty ammunition, and any related category are intended to be sold to those who are in the category of First Responders. By purchasing any of these products you are in agreement you are in compliance with those requirements.
By purchasing products on this site, you accept responsibility for the cartridge or product. Manufacturing, remanufacturing, and production of the products are beyond our control. Delta Co Munitions is not liable for injury, damages, or death that may result from the use of purchased products.
I also acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product is used by me and by any other party. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against Delta Co Munitions I will indemnify and pay to defend Delta Co Munitions, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
By purchasing, the customer agrees to be in compliance with State and Local laws that are applicable via Wayne County, Michigan.
To receive a refund for Sales Tax charged, proper documents must be submitted to sales@deltacomunitions.com and a request for a refund of the tax charged must be made at the time of purchase.
